NOLLDERM 5 is a unique and powerful anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory topical formulation that addresses various bacterial and fungal infections and eases the inflammatory symptoms.

Clobetasol is one of the very few potent topical corticosteroids. It acts as an agonist of corticosteroid hormone receptor. It relieves the inflammatory symptoms by suppressing the levels of the inflammatory mediators like leukotrienes and prostaglandins that are released at the site of infection during the inflammatory reaction.

Gentamicin is an antibacterial agent that belongs to the class of aminoglycosides. It works by blocking the protein synthesis in bacteria, which leads to the production of toxic and non-functional proteins and eventually cause the death of the bacterial cells. Gentamicin binds to 30S-subunit proteins and 16S rRNA, which hampers the functions of the initiation complex that eventually leads to mRNA misreading.

Tolnaftate is a powerful anti-fungal agent that addresses common fungal infections like jock itch and ringworm by interfering with the cell wall synthesis in fungal cells and thereby killing them.

Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline is an antifungal and antiprotozoal agent that is derived from hydroxyquinoline. This drug addresses skin infections that are caused due to protozoans and fungi.

Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that works by blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterol - the key component of fungal cell walls and prevents their growth.
