Ondansetron is a highly specific and selective serotonin 5-HT3 receptor used mainly as an anti-emetic.

It has been demonstrated by recent studies concomitant administration of ondansetron and omeprazole magnesium shows significantly better relief compared with modest improvement of nausea, vomiting, duodenal and gastric ulcer.

Caution should be exercised when VOMIDIS is prescribed at the same time with apomorphine, cause more serious problem.
VOMIDIS tablet may cause anaphylaxis. It is a life-threatening condition and requires immediate medical attention.
VOMIDIS tablet may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous.
Side effects of ondansetron and omeprazole are most likely to be minor. It can cause hypotension and constipation.
It is not known whether Ondansetron is excreted in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when Ondansetron is administered to a nursing woman.
