DICLOFENAC (50 Mg)

Uses

Diclofenac is used in the treatment of painful conditions of joints, lower back pain, sprains or bone fractures, inflammation of joints (frozen shoulder, gout), pain and swelling following skeletal muscle, dental and other minor surgeries. It is also used in treatment of migraine.

How it works

Diclofenac belongs to group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the production of a certain chemical substance in the body that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.

Common side effects

Parenteral:abnormal kidney function, Stomach ulcers or bleeding, Itching and venous thromboembolic events, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Epigastric pain

PARACETAMOL (325 Mg)

Uses

Paracetamol is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain in conditions such as headache (including migraine), toothache, ear pain, joint pain, pain during menstruation, fever, feverish colds, and flu.

How it works

Paracetamol belongs to class of medications called analgesics (painkiller) and antipyretics (fever reducing). Paracetamol reduces pain by increasing the pain threshold. It reduces fever by acting on the temperature-regulating region of brain, resulting in increased blood flow across the skin, sweating and heat loss.

Common side effects

Abnormal blood cell counts, Blisters, Runny nose, Nausea, Skin reddening, Allergic reactions such as shortness of breath, Swollen facial features, Liver damage, Abnormalities of blood cells

SERRATIOPEPTIDASE (10 Mg)

Uses

Serratiopeptidase is used in treatment of conditions associated with pain and inflammation associated with muscles, bones and joints, pulsating headaches, often on one side of the head (migraine), inflammation of the air cavities around nose (sinusitis), inflammation of larynx (laryngitis), sore throat, ear infections, swelling after surgery, inflammation of a vein caused by a blood clot (thrombophlebitis), diseases that cause inflammation and sores (ulcer) in the lining of the gut (Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease).

How it works

Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that acts by breaking down the chemical mediators that are involved in causing pain and inflammation, thereby reducing the pain and inflammation.

Common side effects

Shortness of breath, Vomiting, Skin reddening, Diarrhea, Nausea, Abnormalities of blood cells, A runny nose. overdose may cause severe liver damage, Blisters
